The Service provides information regarding Aeon Sports Fund, LLC and, for authorized investors, access to a secure portal for viewing investment performance and related documentation.

2. Eligibility and Access to Investor Portal

Access to and use of the investor portal is strictly limited to authorized Investors who have completed the fund's onboarding and agreement process and have been issued credentials. Investment opportunities are by invitation or referral only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. No Investment Advice

The content provided on the public-facing areas of the Service is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation of an offer to buy or sell any security or investment product. An investment in Aeon Sports Fund, LLC is offered only to approved partners and is governed by their Operating and Subscription Agreements. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Aeon Sports Fund, LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Investors are permitted to download reports and documents made available to them within the portal for their personal use in connection with their investment. No other reproduction, distribution, or modification of the material on this Service is permitted without our express written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Service will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data.

6. Limitation on Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AEON SPORTS FUND, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aeon Sports Fund, LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Service and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY.

9. Entire Agreement & Precedence

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire public agreement between you and Aeon Sports Fund, LLC regarding the Service. For authorized Investors, the terms of their Operating and Subscription Agreements and other confidential fund documents shall govern the investment relationship and will take precedence in the event of any conflict with these public-facing Terms.
